Exo Terra Mansoon for RETF...

I have a 1 red eyed tree frog in an Exo Terra 18” x 18” x 24” terrarium with Mansoon RS400. What is the best cycle and duration ? Because sometimes i have to go out for a few days. Please help me.

Believe it or not there are a lot of things to consider. How dry is your climate? Do you have a lot of live plants? What kind of substrate are you using? Do you have a water feature in the tank? Do you have the lid partially covered? All these things would increase the humidity in the tank. I would start off with 30 seconds in the morning and evening then increase or decrease it from there depending on where you need it to be. Use a good quality digital gauge to get an accurate reading. I have a Zoo Med Hygro-therm monitor and keep my humidity right where I set it at.

I haven't got any live plants. I live in Turkey (Izmir) and also warm weather in my city.I have also Exo Terra Waterfall with fogger.But when i have to go out from my home,i closed it.Because when water finished in the tank,my Circulation Pump was broken. When i am at home its no problem.Problem is when i don't go home a few days.Because of that i asked the question.
