30gal hex lid

i got 30gal acrylic hex tank on craigslist for $20 but it has no lid what so ever.iam thinking i want to make it a pacman tank and was wondering how i can make a lid for it.i was thinking of just buying a lid but there is no lip on the tank.here is some pics of what iam working with.also does anyone know how to buff out scratches and scuffs out of acrylic?

you would have to be creative with those tanks you could get glass panels custom made from a glass place and add a plastic strip to conect them or with sylicone or plexi glass and add round 1- 2 inch grilled vents or one solid peice with a handle and vents hope i started some thing for ya

didnt think about getting plexi or galss cut,gonna have to call some places.thanks BG that did help

for awhile there i was just think about putting some plastic wrap over it

i know im not very experiance and you probably wont listen but ive got a big imaganstion you could get some of that stuff thats like polystyrene (but not polystyrene ) cut it to the same size as the tank and put it on the top cut a bit bigger and then push it down on the top to make like a lip in the lid then it shud sit on the top ? sorry cant be much more of a help.

For clearing up scratches you need elbow grease and NOVUS Plastic Polish. Lots and lots and lots and lots of elbow grease.
