my pacman frog ate his first cricket today
such a relief as i get really worried.
i got him on sunday and i was worried because he hadnt eaten until today,
he was probably getting settled but now i think he has![]()
Many frogs take some time to get acclimated to the new living conditions and over the stress of travel and changes.
It always a good idea to cover three side of the tank to reduce the visual distractions and keep the tank in a quiet area so they are not startled by new sounds continually.
Glad to hear he/she has ate. Follow the care sheet and your new frog should do just fine :-)

I'm glad to hear that! It's hard not to worry when they won't eat. Hopefully now that he/she is used to its new home, you'll have an eating machine on your hands! Covering the sides of the tank is a good idea. It helps them feel more secure. Make sure you keep the temp and humidity levels right and your little friend should eat like crazy!
Thanks but I'm not really sure I hope he's an eating machine
