Funny, Being from NZ, Ive always known them to be called Whites Tree frogs. At first when I joined the Forum and heard Green Tree frog mentioned, I thought it was another Frog more like the White lipped Frog but without the white lip. Cant work out why I thought that. See... I really am Nutz about frogs.![]()
Tom - I think they were either $20 or $25.

ooh do you think they were still big like the normal indo type? Green tree frog can also be referring to the American Green Tree Frog Hyla cinerea.
We know what Litoria caerulea and Hyla cinerea look like, thank you Tom :P.

I didn't know if Ebony did.
Mine was labeled "Edgy Toad" for some reason. O_o When I asked for a White's that was what they handed me though.
Since we're not talking about the seldom discussed American Green Tree Frog that pales in comparison to the White's... I was so excited tonight! I think I have befriended Cisco one of my Hyla cinereas. He sat on my hand for 15 minutes and tucked his hands under and got comfortable. Not wanting to freak him out, I carefully put him back. This was a first![]()
Congratulations. I hope it is not the only time he does so.
