I found a clutch of what I am assuming to be american bullfrog eggs. I am gona try to raise them into frogs.
Are there any special requirements in order to do this?
They're pretty easy but if I were you I wouldn't bother - it usually takes them more than a year to turn into frogs. As a general guide I would follow the Gray Tree Frog care article - bullfrogs eat the same things as tadpoles.

Ok. I'll probably just wait until they are tadpoles and throw them in my koi pond. How long does it usually take from egg stage to tadpole?
Depends on the temperature. A week or less if it's very warm.

If you keep them indoors there a chance they will grow in to tadpole like John said if you keep them in 78 degree water they just might if the frogs lay them late in season they will grow in to frogs the next spring because of the winter cold but if you simulate the spring summer temps you could fool the eggs
