Best of luck with your tads - i love xenopus and am looking to get a group again myself. They really are very strange looking tads when they develop. They are almost like a catfish and then undergo this alien transformation lol The adults have such characters although sometimes freaked me out when they watched you through the glass lol

They look weird (in a good way). I'm unfamiliar with ACFs so please could you answer some questions:
    1. What do the frogs eat?
    2. How long do they take to morph from egg to frog without a tail?
    3. Do the frogs live underwater permanently?
    4. Where do they sleep?

    1. What do the frogs eat? Young - HBH frog and tadpole bites/Zoomed frog and and tadpole bites (availability depends on where you live). Treat with frozen bloodworms (defrosted prior to feeding.) Adult - Reptomin Sticks, Earth worms. Treat with frozen bloodworms (defrosted prior to feeding.)
    2. How long do they take to morph from egg to frog without a tail? Average morphing time is 8-12 weeks. Every batch is different, you may have froglets at 6 weeks or sometimes 16. Genetics, diet and environment all play factors.
    3. Do the frogs live underwater permanently? Yes. These frog will never leave the water.
    4. Where do they sleep? Underwater or they will "float" at the top. Most often they doze and go up every now and then for a breath of air.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks that's great info. One more question what would they eat in the wild?

In the wild they would feed off of small fish and other small amphibians.

Please do not consider replicating this in the home aquarium - there is no reason to replicate a natural diet when you could never fully replicate the natural environment.
