So I bought my first frog yesterday, took him home and let him wander around, he ate some flies, and when I turned to lights off, went to sleep in some ferns. And then I turned the viv light on this morning, and he kinda sits around on one of the leaves, I'm not exactly concerned, since he is eating normally, I'm just curious as to why he isn't bouncing around like he was last night.
e: nah he started wandering around again, still my first dart though.

It sounds like you may have turned the light on in the morning earlier than he as expecting. These frogs have a definite day/night cycle. I advise you to get a plug-in timer and set it to 12 hours on / 12 hours off, so that the frog can get a rhythm.

Another potential problem - so my 20 high is pretty planted, I used the 20 gal plant pack from Josh's frogs, now this has three broms, two ferns, two vining plants, and about four random tropical plants. Again, I'm not concerned about my frog's health at the moment, he seems to be acclimating just fine, eating, exploring, sitting on broms, but I just want to make sure a new 5 month old froglet will be fine in a fairly densely planted tank.
