hi i got a pacman frog yesterday and put him/her in their tank along with a couple of crickets but it didnt eat them im not sure why please help i have read about them and thought for along time about getting 1 so im not an impulsive buyer.

He may need a day or two to settle down. Remove the crickets and let him get used to his new home.

It's very normal for them to take a couple days to get used to a new home. As long as the temp and humidity are at the right levels he or she should start eating soon.

It took my frog weeks before he would eat when I first got him home, but it seems like most new pacman frog owners run into this (lots of threads about it on this forum). Just keep taking good care of him/her and I'm sure in no time it'll be an eating machine.
