When ever I try and see the blogs - I get a screen that tells me I am not allowed to view this Blogs under Mobile Settings.

I have been trying to view this from my laptop, not my mobile - I have logged out and back in, tried it in both Internet Explorer and Fire Fox, and I have completely restarted my computer....help?
