New addition!!! Meet Emery Moss Jr! <3

I finally got him! I went to the expo yesterday and got an ornate for $20. I was looking at a regular Cranwelli that had the best green coloring but he was gone in like 5min. My guy has the same pretty green, but with red around his brown patches. He went after a cricket in the first 10min I had him in his enclosure. He was smacking his head so hard against his cup lid he was sold in that i thought he'd give himself a concussion. i got a ton of crickets for $2 and iso's for $5. They're cleaning up my tank now^^ His name is Emery Moss Jr. after a friend named Emery who is proud of his weight and loves food. I'll try to get some pics up later tonight, I have an animation to finish before I can get my reward of frog watching

I just got video of Jr's first hunt! He chased the crickets around his plants that he burrowed under. He spins like a mad top XP He spun himself a burrow which I've dubbed HQ because he returns to it after he catches a cricket and before he chases the next one XDDD

I was thinking of putting the video up on youtube, but I just found out that anyone can download any video without asking or the author being aware of it. I might put it up for a while for you guys. I'll post the link if I do.
I think I have to put a barrier in between Jr and #2 because I found Jr this morning on the other end of his tank knawing on the glass and #2 walking around seemingly taunting him >< The little brat is too big for his britches. Jr spun like mad and created 2 new burrows trying to dig into #2's tank.

Wow nice looking ornate pacman and i also love his colors keep on feeding him and you see how fast they grow , I was amazed at mine how fast they grew

I just weighed him and he has reached .5oz! good job Jr! He's running around his tank now all pissy because I dug him out of his hiding spot. He's cute cute when he's mad >< He stomps around like a spoiled child

No he didn't. He was so mad at me for watching him whiling he was eating. He ate 8 crickets last night, this guy is eating way more than I thought he would. Out of over a hundred crickets he's eaten a quarter of them. #2 will eat maybe 2-3 sometimes only every other day. I'm going to have to go cricket shopping on friday.

who knows, maybe? I have no idea where my guy's breeder is, he was bought and resold at the expo. I love him, and he's healthy. I haven't found any poops yet though...he's soaking when I'm asleep, I can tell because I go to bed after I give him fresh water and wake up to a muddy pool. I just found a tunnel that some of the crickets dug too, I had to refill it and put more water over my plants. I have live plants. I haven't seen any of the iso's a put in there, they're supossed to help clean the tank, eating organic waste (poop) and mold. They like to burrow and did so right when I put them in, that's why there are carrots in the background on the video
