No he didn't. He was so mad at me for watching him whiling he was eating. He ate 8 crickets last night, this guy is eating way more than I thought he would. Out of over a hundred crickets he's eaten a quarter of them. #2 will eat maybe 2-3 sometimes only every other day. I'm going to have to go cricket shopping on friday.
Yes he did you know EMJ looks excactly like mines they could be related lol![]()
who knows, maybe? I have no idea where my guy's breeder is, he was bought and resold at the expo. I love him, and he's healthy. I haven't found any poops yet though...he's soaking when I'm asleep, I can tell because I go to bed after I give him fresh water and wake up to a muddy pool. I just found a tunnel that some of the crickets dug too, I had to refill it and put more water over my plants. I have live plants. I haven't seen any of the iso's a put in there, they're supossed to help clean the tank, eating organic waste (poop) and mold. They like to burrow and did so right when I put them in, that's why there are carrots in the background on the video![]()
He's beautiful, i love his colours![]()
thanks everyone for the nice comments^^
I have a question for all you pacman, even ornate pacman, owners out there. Jr has turned from bright green and red to a darker brown, he only has a green stripe down his butt >< Did I do something wrong? His color isn't health related is it? I've heard a few views on it, but I'd like to know for myself from owners. I can post some updated pictures too. He's now 3/4oz; he's gained a 1/4oz since my last update^^
Grif started out lite brown with lite green and as he got older he turned green then to a much darker brown and green with bright green stripes. They do change color as they age and with their environment. The food they eat including vitamins also affect their color. Also mood changes too affect their color. If he's eating well then he's probably perfectly healthy and just going through changes as he grows.
