Different types of tree frogs calling back and forth?

I was out of the house for a few hours today. When I got home, I heard Leggy chirping. I have a nervous mom habit of checking on my babies when I get home. Leggy's throat was all puffed. Then when I looked in the spring peeper tank, his throat was all puffed out too. Is it possible they were responding to each other? Or just a coincidence (neither of them chirp very often yet, neither of their voices have broke yet!)

They wouldn't call to each other. It's probably atmospheric conditions/the weather causing them to want to croak.

That makes sense John. It's a very stormy day and I've had the windows open all day. I know some frogs respond to the sound of the vacuum and stuff, so I wondered if it was possible the call from the other frog was triggering their call. But considering neither of their voices have broken yet, they're not very loud.
