Its still pretty early, but thats a good top view and yes its head is very wide which is going to make me guess male. BUUUUUT i have been wrong once already this year so I could be wrong again lol. That head is quite large tho!

I;m going to say a male. I go by the head shape, never the yellow under the pits ,cause thats a myth. Nice looking pixie tho. pump him up,it won't be to long before you find out for sure, keep on feeding him every day

True, i have seen a lot a females w plenty of yellow orange by the arms. There is a pic of a female on the care sheet by John C. that has yellow armpits. Wait for your frog to start calling. I bet its a male. (there BG, BETTER?? HAHAHAHAHA jokes...)

@Jcal what LLL store did you go to? Or did you order him online? I just picked up my pixie about a week ago, hes a little bigger than yours or maybe the same size; I can't tell. He would never let me hold him like you are with yours, he gets all crazy. I wanna' find out if mine is a male as well. I'm pretty sure I heard a croak last night, but it could of been my stomach because I had a bad stomach ache last night so who knows haha.

Menifee. I think i heard a noise this morning and my gf said she hears stuff at night but nothing confirmed yet.
Mine gets crazy too. He hopped out of my hand while i was taking those pictures.

Oh that's funny, I called up an employee that worked at the Menifee one and she was like we have one left when I asked how many there were. So then I called up the one in Oceanside and they said they had a few so I decided to go for more variety in case the one that was left at Menifee was unhealthy. Ends up the Oceanside one only had 2 left so I just picked the one that looked more like a male. You might of picked up the last one there that I was about to get haha. Your little guy is cool, hope its a male for you. I'll try to update some pictures after a feed or something this week.
