    Default FrogFever Frog Room

When people saw my bedroom at my old place they called it many things... a jungle, rainforest, Puget Park Zoo, Home tree from Avatar... the list goes on.
And I've moved to a new place and now have an entire frog room separate from my bedroom!
It has taken me about 6 weeks to get everything in its right place, and here it is...

    MY PARADISE, EVERYDAY.

Ask my girl... She tries to coerce me out of here all hours of the day!

My son is sharing this tiny room as well which makes it tight, but I've made it work.

I have 3 racks. Here are the two main ones containing all of the inhabitants.

This is my tadpole/feeder breeding rack.
Tiger leg tadpole setup, 4 containers for crickets, fruit fly cultures, and springtails up top.

Rain chamber, and tree frogs on the top shelf, and darts and chorus frogs on the bottom.

I will be fitting a loft bed in here for my son at some point too.
I hope the frog calls serenade him to sleep!

And yes, people ask me all the time if the vines are real...
I'm sure the landlord wouldn't care too much if I just let the vines grow right into the wall, right?

I dunno dude, it looks like Day of the Triffids :P. Seriously though, I know the hard work that must have gone into all of that. Well done.

Wow. I think most pet shops have less inventory than this. These guys must take up a lot of time! The room looks great though.

Thanks to all. It does take up much of my time, but I'm very passionate about it so I don't mind.
If you'd like to come by sometime I encourage anyone to let me know. To share this room with a fellow frogger would be a blessing to me.
As far as my feeding schedule goes I typically just feed them when I have time! Haha. Usually 3 times a week. Smaller froglets are fed nearly everyday.
Their main food source is fruit flies, but I also supplement with bean beetles and pin head crickets when I'm able to breed them.
