Very nice looking!! How many firebellies do you have? They must be happy in there![]()
2.0.3 Hyla versicolor "Eastern Gray Tree Frogs"
2.2.0 Agalychnis callidryas "Red Eyed Tree Frogs"
0.0.3 Dendrobates auratus "Turquoise and Bronze"

That's a pretty mind-blowing setup for fire-bellied toads. Well done. You must really like those guys.

Wow this is beautiful. I'm new to frogs, have had 7 fire bellies for about 5 months now. I did my vivarium according to something I found on another website, and it is about half land half water in a 55G tank. I'm getting ready to redo the whole thing, because all of the land is a big waste, they rarely go up over there, and much prefer to sit in the little pots with plants that i put in a couple places in the water end. And when I feed them, the crickets immediately start marching toward the far of the land....so, I've already realized that water is the ticket for these little guys, and I'm planning a remodel accordingly.
Can you tell what kind of wood you are using--I put some in from a pet store and it became moldy. Also how are you growing the plants in the back--do you have an area with soil? Also, I'm thinking of going to a 29G long, as my place is quite small--do you think 7 red bellies would be happy in that space.
That is an awesome set up for them, i bet they love it, do you filter the water ?
Thanks, Yes I have a filter and also a small pump with clear tubing, so it takes in the water at one end & circulates to the other end. They LOVE the filter because it is just slightly underwater & is almost flat, so they pile up on top of it.
I have 2 fire bellies in the tank and I also use a TC-20 Turtle Clean 318 Filter which is hidden in the back right corner of the tank where the hanging plant is.
Well done!
