Bob Marley has passed. Not sure what happened, he/she had never caught up with the others, but grew and was eating. There were no signs of impaction or other illnesses. The kids and I are all kind of sad although not totally surprised.

Thanks Don...I guess naming it Bob Marley was bad luck! Like I said, the toad hasn't done well since we found it (obviously) but it seemed to be getting better. The rest are huge and growing more every day, so hopefully they stay healthy.

Sorry to hear that. I know it sucks to nurse something along and see it die despite your best efforts. Glad the rest are doing well!
Too bad, but sounds like it was falling behind the curve for a while. Perhaps there was some fundamental problem with him that did him in in the end. Bob Marley was tragically taken from us too soon, as a human, and now as a toad.
Amy I'm so sorry about your loss.. It's not your fault. Nature made it that way so the others will be strong and make it. That's part of life. ..In the wild I don't think he would of made it either ...The week die so the strong survive..
I'm sorry to hear that.![]()
