Hey Everyone i thought i would start a picture thread so everyone can see each others tanks and maybe build some ideas off of each other. So please post some pictures and info if you like about your tank. Lets have some fun with this!!
Thank You
-Chris
I will start with the spring peeper froglet vivarium, it's nothing very exciting. 10 gallon with a drainage layer, eco earth substrate, leaf litter, moss and small sticks, driftwood branch, a couple of hides, bromeliad, and a few plants I don't know the name of. There water dish is a small bowl filled with river rocks so none of them will drown but have access to the water (dirty in these pictures since I had just moved stuff around!) Since this picture, I added another branch, although they don't use it much, they definitely prefer the plants.
And onto my gray tree frog tank, much more fun here, and a lot of work. It's a 35 gallon hex tank. Hydroton drainage layer, eco earth substrate, lots of branches, lots of plants, raised lagoon, waterfall. I've altered it a bit since these pictures, but you get the idea. I made the raised lagoon out of foam blocks from a craft store, carved a hole to fit the jacuzzi, then covered it with grout, and sealed it. I have a few zoomed twisty vines in there, I was lucky and got some good ones, but I've recently seen really thing ones at the store that my gray tree frogs wouldn't appreciate. The back I made by covering a reptile mat with silicone and covering it with hermit crab substrate. I attached the branches with great stuff. I do have a couple of fake plants in there, but that is just until my live plants have grown in and given more cover. One of my gray tree frogs is pretty shy and she needs some good hiding places.
I don't have any pics of the toad tank right now, it is extremely basic with just moss, branches on the ground, leaf litter, and a water dish. Trying to think of ideas for when I build their 29 gallon tank, which I need to hurry up and get done!

There are long dangling plants on both sides of the tank also. I will have to take more pictures from farther away.

Are there any aquarium plants that would be harmful to my RETF?

We do have two catfish and a betta in there. The catfish are light yellow-tan. They match the rocks : ).

Does the water level look safer for my frog? There is a mirror against the right tank wall. She was watching herself last night. I suppose I'd better get her a friend.

I'll have to get some better photos, make an album, but I don't want to scare my toad with the flash of my camera, I'm going to have to use my DSLR.

Very nice!

I turned my fogger off because the mist has a funny smell and my betta kept getting close to it. My humidity is staying around 85% with misting so I think it should be fine.

I came up with a new idea. I put a thick glass cup into my rock area and cut a hole into the reptile carpet and filled it with water. It seems to work better and is away from the betta. It is an odd smell. Why is that?
