Default New Green Tree Frog Suprise

My friend went to Petsmart last night and they told her they had a tree frog for adoption because he had only one eye. She told me about it and I said if he was a whites we would take him. She brought me a baby green tree frog with one eye today. He is cute but I know he cant go in with Frogger, even if he wasnt small enough for frogger to eat. I will post pics later.

I do have a few questions though.

What size tank is the min. for these frogs? I am finding 10 gallon as an answer on most websites and 15 for 4 frogs on another.

Should I do anything special since he only has one eye?

And his humidity and temps are they the same as for my Whites?

Is there anything else you guys can think of?

    Thanks.

A 10 gallon would suffice, best if it were vertical. I would never put 4 of them in a 15 gallon, that is crazy. You can read the gray tree frog care sheet, they have very similar care

Oh, and as for the one eye, just watch and make sure he can snap up crickets. If he seems to have trouble with that, I'd switch to the bowl feeding method.

I really commend you for taking on a challenging ordeal like this one so early in your experience with the hobby. I love that you're helping a little Tree Frog in need, even if he wasn't what you were expecting.

Amy is right the 15 gallon should be just fine for the one AGTF. You should definitely try to post some pictures if you can, I would love to see the little guy/gal.
