    Attachment 14560Attachment 14561
Somehow i got 4 of these hatchet frogs for free
these are my first frog and i know its lame to have these as a first frog
However I'm keeping them in a tank with water and one Dracaena and few plastic container lids so they can think that as water lettuce
    the temperature is about 80-86F
I'm super new in amphibians, but i have been keeping reptiles for few years
    Maybe that would help

i saw some people saying these eat ants
but the previous keeper told me that he have been feeding buffalo worms
    do they eat small crickets?

i read the book 'Amphibians and Reptiles in the Amazon' which had few informations abouts these
I'm a newbie throw me lods of advice please

Welcome to the forum. They should do well on crickets. Just keep the humidity level high and stable and you should do alright. They look very beautiful and healthy. I've seen these at zoos in the US but never in personal collections.

I hope these are not the super hard species to start a frog
I will try my best to keep them healthy

They're gorgeous frogs! I think I may have to try to find some and have these guys be my next species of frog.
