Red eye tree frog set up help

so i have a 20 gallon high water tight terarrium and im planing to get 2 or 3 red eye tree frogs for it. I already made the background out of greatstuff and coco fiber but its not looking to good. one big problem i have is that i have silicone stuck to the walls that i dont know how to get off i will upload pics as soon as i get a chance but this is my first build and i could use some help

You can scrape off the excess silicone carefully with a clean razor blade. If you don't like the way the background turned out, you could always clean it out and try again...

Razor blades >>> Silicone. Be careful you don't cut yourself. I'm talking about the razor blades you buy at the hardware store. As for constructing the background on terrariums, honestly the first one is never very good. It takes a few tries for most people to get something very satisfying.

I agree. If you don't like it, just cut it out and start over making changes to what you didn't like.

I carve a lot out of mine to get the look I want.
Remember to exaggerate the cracks and ledges since the silicone and substrate you cover the great stuff with will make smaller cracks disappear. If they do, just cut out those sections after they dry and carve in new ones.

thanks for the tips i think im going to go ahead with this background and see how it turns out over all. i want to make a false bottom with a pond should i go with egg crate or gravel with mesh? i think im going to upload pics tonight
