    Good to hear. I know when I stay in the pool too long I get the dreaded "prune fingers" but I guess toads don't have that issue.

    I think it sounds pretty normal ... again not a true toad, but one of my Firebellies pretty much refuses point blank to move out of the water, where as another sites on the same dry old rock all day ... i think they just pic their places amongst their homes and stik with them.

    My guys spend a lot of time soaking, especially with my AC struggling to keep the house under 80 degrees (I live in Oklahoma). Plus they live next to a heated horned frog cage so they are warmer than that. I find that toads are very individual - some like to soak a lot, others not so much.

    It's kinda hard to notice the pruning w/ the warts

    The great plains toad at our other location likes to burrow under his dish but has no apparent interest in sitting in it.
