Check on craigslist, I see 10 gallon tanks for free almost daily and the frogs will love you for it. Not sure if you use a water filter but I use the one suggested by Kurt in his WTF care sheet and its excellent.

It looks like the water is stagnant. Maybe I missed this somehow but do you use an air stone to oxygenate the water or a simple pump/filter to circulate the water? I can't imagine they'd last a year, months, or even a week without it...

As stated before, 10 gallon tanks are given away for free all day long on Craigslist. One of my other favorite places is goodwill. They have amazing deals on terrariums. 10 gallons should be between 5 and 12 dollars there.
