    Default Plastic cups

Hey bros, I've got a A. I dunno, spotted salamander, female, I love her to death, but she likes burrowing, a lot. I'm extremely careful about what I put in George's enclosure, (Yes, a female). I wa thinking I could
put a plastic drinking cup in and cover it with sphagnum and substrate, that'd be fine, right?

This species is very secretive and spends most of its time underground. I wouldn't try to stop it burrowing unless you want to cause it distress. The cup isn't dangerous in and of itself.

Thanks for the reply John, I'll put it in for her, if she wants to she'll find it I suppose - also I may be interested in another salamander at some point in time, do you have any reccomendations for a more active species?
