    I will try to get some pictures tomorrow I don't want to bother him anymore tonight, I just tried to feed him but he didn't. It's on the top of his foot and his underbelly/legs don't look very abnormal, they just look like a normal red tint. Red leg is usually red splotches on the underbelly.

    It turns out he is just shedding! I put him in some water to soak and have been helping him with a wet q-tip to try and get it off. I noticed he has been looking pretty dull :P He has a hard time getting his shed off though so I'm going to keep trying to be gentle and help.
