Well when your running a frog room with with 100s of darts. You need more than just 2 cultures going. Sure if you have one or two darts that easy but when you have tons like most dart enthusiast I know they can grow through 20+ cultures a week....now that's a lot of ff. IMO giving just ff is Not how I would go about it. Its like saying here you are too eat porkchops for the rest of your life with No variety. That would suck. I'm not trying To be rude but feeding just one type of food item is stupid. It doesn't give any variety and sometimes your animals can go off food for this reason. Not trying to sound like an a$$. But I don't feel one food item alone is healthy. I do agree on the crickets though. But most people have moved on to dubia and hisser Roach nmyphs which have No smell breed like wildfire and are 100x more nutricious than crickets.
