You can mix treefrogs with fish. I do. What you will need is a half full aquarium with drift woood or other similar object poking out of the water for the frog to rest on. Pick a species of treefrog that will eat the moment food is presented. White's, gray, green, and barking treefrogs are all good candidates, as they will need to be fed outside of the enclosure. Red-eyes are the last frog you should pick for this type of set up.
Fish don't matter as much, as long as they are not big enough to harm the frog or are a small surface dwelling type of fish such as hatchetfish. Don't mix anymore amphibian species in the enclosure either.
