Go to your control panel link. It can be found at the top of the main page as User CP or under the Quick Links/Edit your Details. On the page that comes up look for the second column and select Edit Profile Picture. That should do it.
Help me with a pathetic question please.
OK this is a pathetic question and I am sure all of you know this, but i don't cause im retarded! so my question is ... How do you get a picture on your profile? i cant figure it out! please help!

Also a quick note, profile picture and avatar are different (although you may use the same picture for both.)
Avatar - appears next to your posts
Profile pic- appears when someone clicks on your name and looks at your profile
