That is a green tree frog (Hyla cinerea). Tree frogs dont particularly like worms, it's not something that they naturally run across in the wild. How big are the crickets in comparison to the frog? They should be no bigger than the width of your frogs head.
Is that tank he is in the travel tank? or his current one? Ideally, he should be in at least a 10 gallon vertical tank with a lot of branches and leaves. What is his temperature and humidity at?
I have a gray tree frog who isn't a big eater, so I put him in a critter keeper with 2 small crickets and cover it with a towel so it is dark, usually I can get him to eat that way. It is good that he soaks in the water bowl, that's usually how they drink and defacate, you need to change that water every day.
