Hmm do you have any pics? Ruperts shed was a dark color and near the end of the treatment it became clear/white. It is a long tedious process but in the end it puts your mind at ease knowing chytrid is out of the question. Best of luck!!!
Oh yeah, I read if they are shedding moreso around his feed/belly it may by chytrid.
