UV Light?

Hello, I am new to caring for pacman frogs. I have received several different suggestions on UV lighting. Yes they need it or no they don't? What about albinos do they need uv light. Thanks for any suggestions.

From what i've heard on this forum, UVB lights are good for pacmans but not required and no lighting should be used on albino frogs. I use a heat mat for my albino.

Thanks so much for your help. Your frog looks awesome . I will take UV off the albino. Also do you have any hints on how to the meal worms to stay in the bowl to feed my bullfrog? My pacman's eat as soon as I hold them in. But the bullfrog is very shy. Thanks again for your advice.
