I think these are good idea starters! But make them better on your own standards/terms!

Hey, I'm in a similar situation. I have 3 toads in a 10 g. And I'm trying to convert my 55 g. into their new home, but first have to get rid of all it's current fishy inhabitants. I use some bamboo in their current enclosure. Along with a few other plants that a Petco assistant helped me pick out, when I was buying the little guys. You want to try and find mostly live plants, but if you are running short on time and money fake plants are also a pretty good substitution. I use them myself.

I have a fern in my tank ... i will go and check when it is when i am at home. FBT's are pretty hard on plants, they thing they are tree frogs and will leap all over them. I've read that Pothos (Epipremnum aureum (ithink!)) is a pretty tough plant and may do well with little creatures as boisterous as fire bellies!
