Should I treat it with Lamisil?

She really needs to go to the vet to diagnose it properly.

That's the major problem, there aren't any vets specialized in reptiles in amphibians around. I also think its a fungus. Can I use the Lamisil 1% spray? it doesn't have the AT on the package.

If you're trouble is athletes feet, yes, you can use that.
Otherwise, go see a specialized vet, like Marja Kik for example.

    If that's to far.
Visit the pharmacy or local vet, get yourself a special q-tip you can seal in a tube.

Stroke it gently over the wound (cheesy substance).
Put it into the tube, put the tube in an envelope with enough porto and send it to Marja Kik.

If the mailman didn't empty the mailbox already,
your swab will be there by the next day.
Probably she can tell you what it is that same day.
That is if it isn't something she has to cultivate to see what it is.

She can diagnose the problem and send you the medication or a prescription so you can get the medication around youré place.

if you do find out it is a type of chytrid there is a treatment.
buy lamasil at the spray not cream.
and mix 1ml of spray into 200ml of water and soak your frog in this solution for 5min everyday once a day for 10 days straight.
clean and sterilize everything in its tank like you would for any other sickness or parasites (bleach+water) also change out and clean its quarantine tank everyday before putting it back in, otherwise you would be reinfecting your toad with the fungus.

if you got anymore questions i think talktothefrog might have some people that know more about it.

im also currently worried about my toad having parasites or just being sick.
    Goodluck
