There's just one problem with that, there are international borders to consider and you need the right permits and paperwork to ship over those borders. It would be much easier if you could find a supplier with Italy's borders.

You need to know what the laws are in Italy regarding the keeping of frogs, so you know what you can legally keep. Chances Italian law does not allow you import animals from other countries without the proper permits.
Are Bombina orientalis legal in Italy? If so, I would think you should be able find them in your local pet store.
