I am a plant junky. I love beautiful vivariums full of live plants. I want to put some in my toad's tank, though not overloading it like my tree frog tank. Right now, Clarice (our toadlet) is small enough that plants will work just fine, so long as she can still find the fruit flies. I know eventually she's going to be a BIG toad and start burying herself in the substrate during the day. What kind of plants, other than the moss I already have in there, can I plant that will withstand a toad's digging?

That's a great question. Frankly, I've yet to find a plant that does well with a frog that digs a lot. Pothos is tough as old boots, but I don't really have any other suggestions.

Okay, I will give pothos a shot, at least it has a while to root in good since the toadlet is still a baby! I always wondered why pac tanks and other toad tanks were so boring and empty

I put wandering jew cuttings in my pacman's tank, since I have a ton of it, and it's so easy to root. He tends to crunch it up if he goes by it, though, so I might have to replace it with fresh cuttings soon.
