    Default Need help identifying Australian frog

    Hi, i've never kept any frogs before, but did have a passing interest once. Anyways i recently found this small-ish green frog under some pretty weird circumstances, and it wasn't in a very healthy looking condition. It's about 45 mm in length if that's any help, and was found in sydney, NSW. Im thinkin it could be a green tree frog, but dunno..

    I took this pic of it, it's kinda bad quality, i know :/ Also any help on any immediate things to do for it...
