    Default Some New Pics

My camera was lost last January, so I've been using my phone for pictures. I borrowed my mom's camera today to get some decent pics. Most of the frogs were in hiding, but I at least I got some pics of the viv so you can actually see the work I've done.

Thank you! I added one to the thread already lol. I love having a good camera in my hands, even if it just for a day! I love grays too, they are such an interesting and pretty bunch of frogs.

Amy that's an awesome tank (and frog). Now that you've inspired me may I ask what the dimensions of the tank are? I would love to treat my frogs to a tank like that but I can't find any big tanks in my area cheap enough.

It's a 35 gallon hex tank. I've had it for years, it's actually been passed through several family members and ended with me lol. So I was lucky because it was free and it came with a stand. I did have to have a custom cover made for it while it was a fishtank which cost a pretty penny, but I've made it work for the tree frogs now too.

You're very lucky to get such a big tank for free. I just worked out 35 (US)gallons as 132.475 litres so maybe I'd downscale it a bit lol. But I'm thinking off just turning my tank upright as it's 60cm tall and the bottom area is 38cm x 30cm so I think it will suit three 4.5cm frogs.

    I really was lucky!!

You can turn your tank upright, there are vertical conversion kits that you can find online to help!

Thank you Lesley, it was totally worth all the effort to give my frogs a good captive home.

    Thanks everyone!

Nicodimus, Paddy is probably the happiest most relaxed frog ever! She eats crickets out of our fingers, and when I put my hand in the viv, she'll come to it and hop up on it. She is just a really sweet frog.
