Bull frog tad pole

my large bullfrog tadpole is about 4 inches long from nose to the end of the tail. when will he get back legs? is there a wayt to speed up the process. how often should i clean the tank?

Bullfrogs can take years to metamorphose. You can't force it. How often you clearn the tadpole's water depends on how much water you have it in, and how often you feed the tadpole. So we really need more info. I would say once per week as a general guide.
