Captive-bred and raised isopods are a terrific food for toads. They are very high is calcium and I highly recommend them. I raise them is a large tupperware container, with a few holes in the lid - to keep humidity high. I use course coco-bark as the substrate - a few inches deep, and feed them sweet potato slices (or other veggies) and Rapashy Insect gutload or similar. Keep them in a cool dark closet.
