Good toad food

I have no experince or actual knowledge what so ever, but according to wikipedia, it's not recommended to feed them to lizards and "such pets".

"They are sometimes caught and fed to pets such as lizards, but this is not recommended since those animals might become poisoned."
It had a reference, you might want to check it out.

Ok but i might try it out since they are wild caught do you know there real name i heard the they are good tanks cleaners because somebody on classifieds has them for sale

Make sure to remember this part:

"They do contain quite a bit of chitin, so are not suitable as the sole item in a diet."

Captive-bred and raised isopods are a terrific food for toads. They are very high is calcium and I highly recommend them. I raise them is a large tupperware container, with a few holes in the lid - to keep humidity high. I use course coco-bark as the substrate - a few inches deep, and feed them sweet potato slices (or other veggies) and Rapashy Insect gutload or similar. Keep them in a cool dark closet. They breed quickly under favorable circumstances. I got starter cultures from Carolina Pet Supply, Quality supplies for raising healthy reptiles - nice people...
