Hey BG
I see you have some in your Photo Albums already. Just make sure the picture size is under 1000 pixal in its longest measurement.
If so, your should be able to just go to your photo album, select upload picture, select the picture you want to upload as you did when creating the albums, and wait out the upload process. Once its uploaded, add in text next to each picture if you want and then select save at the bottom of the page.
