Juvenile Male Gray TF- not eating

My little juvenile male tree frog has not eaten in 3 nights. Both of the females that are housed with him eagerly eat every night, but he has not eaten in 3 nights. Every other night, I remove him from the viv and feed him separately. Monday night I saw him grab one small cricket in with the girls. Tuesday night I dusted and took him out of the viv to feed him in the critter keeper, he ate nothing. Wednesday night I fed him in with the girls, he ate nothing. Tonight I took him out of the viv to feed him some dusted crickets, and he didn't eat again.

I know the males don't eat as much as the females, but 3 days seems a bit long when he was eating 2-3 small crickets a day before.

He is acting normal though. Calling now and then, active at night.

Temps vary from 65-80, it's been wacky here and I don't have the a/c or heat running right now. Humidity is 70-75%

Maybe I will leave him in the viv for a few days and just take the girls out while I feed him so I can make sure he's getting something. Maybe less stress will help, though he had no problem with me taking him out in the past.

I hand fed him tonight in the viv, he ate 2 crickets quite quickly. Thinking all is well, I will keep an eye on him though and what he is eating. He's still growing so I assumed he'd still eat daily.

I know I'm clearly talking to myself on this thread...but sometimes talking to yourself helps you figure things out LOL 4 days ago he ate 2 small crickets, and no crickets since then. Is it possible that he's filling up on fungus flies so much that he isn't hungry for crickets? He appears healthy in every other way.

Sounds like everything is going to be okay. But if he starts to not eat again, you have to "force feed" or feed him by hand! But he should be fine!

We have only had our WTFs for about 45 days, so I am definitely no expert, but we were having the same problem with a tiny juvenile. I bought some reptile/amphibian appetite enhancer which is essentially a garlic spray. I put it on a few crickets and then dumped them into a "feeding" enclosure with the frog. (The spray seems a bit sticky so I wouldn't spray it near the frog.) It worked like a charm and now he is eating well again and I have stopped using it. It only took a couple times. The only problem was that the pump bottle kept clogging and so I eventually started dumping a bit into a jar with a few crickets and swirling it around before taking the crickets out. This worked much better. You might want to try the stuff. It worked for us! (We had already lost one juvenile who quit eating so we were greatly relieved when it worked!)
