They probably came in on your plants and/or substrate.

Also...are they going to grow bigger? I've heard some frogs will eat them, but these things are too small for even my smallest frog!

Depends on the species, but none of them will get big enough to interest your greys.
Okay good to know. Leggy is still very small in comparison to the others, but he has grown a lot since I got him.

If they are kind of spherical then they are mites. Mites are everywhere and are harmless. That kind are not parasitic.
