The new viv that I built only has a small opening for screen because I used the original aquarium cover (that had an opening for the filter system that I covered with screen)

The humidity was sticking about 90+% in there. I did not want to move the frogs in there like that, I got the suggestion to rig a computer fan to put up there.

I went to grab one of my old computers to rip it out and rig up a fan. Turns out, my mom RECYCLED 2 of my old computers and one of hers. She said she was sick of them. Blah! So it came down to buying one.

I looked online at terrarium fans, specifically ebay, and all I could find were rigged computer fans that were ridiculously overprice. I was NOT happy.

What I did end up getting was a super cheap laptop cooler!! For under $10 shipped, I got a laptop fan and a wall usb converter to hook it up to! It gives a perfect breeze and I've moved the gauge all around the tank, and it seems to be getting no higher than 75% anywhere in the tank!!
