That looks like a bacterial infection to me. Hopefully someone here can give you help on treating it. Make sure you isolate him from the others if there are more
Help!!! Sick frog
Hello, almost a week ago I noticed a bump on my frogs head. Zigzag is n african clawed frog and 100% aqudic. The bump on his head looks like a blister, the good news is he is still active and eatting like normal. Please if anyone call tell me what it is and how to treat it I would be greatful.

I believe you would need to get this poor guy to a vet since it is possible its a tumor and would not be treatable through over the counter products.
Hopefully I'm incorrect and someone else has a solution for you.

It could be an owie that got infected. I recommend Melafix and Aquarium salt (follow dosing instructions).
