Congrats on your new pacman! Do you breed your dubias? I hear they are very easy to breed, with very little mess and odor, unlike crickets.....lol

Hey all, just thought I'd introduce myself since I've been poking around this board for info for quite some time now. My hubby and I recently acquired a pacman frog (C. ornata) and have totally fallen in love with him/her. We would like our little frog is going to be around for a while (we have a lot of dubias that need to get eaten). Thanks to all of you that have posted some much needed information.

Thanks for the warm welcome
Yes, I do breed my own dubias, and they're really easy to breed. So easy in fact, that I had to get more critters to eat them. I started with feeding crickets, but wow do they smell! The dubias still smell a little (I hear it depends on what you feed them), but a dozen crickets can out stink 500 dubias any day.
Welcome!!! I am thinking about venturing into dubia breeding myself, I absolutely hate the smell of crickets!!
