    Default ID'ing wild froglet

I found two large tadpoles last summer. I'm located in the midwest (Illinois, but near Missouri). One had hind legs starting, the other did not. Spring is coming and the leggier one is now a froglet. Can anyone ID him/her?

If necessary, I can try to get a few more pictures (or pictures of the other tadpole)

Could you include a top view shot, underside shot and maybe another couple of side and face? It looks like an American Bullfrog, but without other views, it's hard to be certain. The colouring is very similar to the tadpole I raised to adulthood that turned out to be an American bullfrog.

Im going all in with Rana catesbeiana (American Bullfrog) due to coloration and lack of dorsolated ridges, but the bumps make me doubt.

I think bullfrogs can be a little bumpy. At least the juvenile on Wikipedia looks bumpy.

Bullfrog. No real question about it.
