Anything poisonous to Dubias?

I've been feeding mine cat food and oatmeal, with some of whatever fruit or veggie I'm snacking on. I want to know if there's anything I should avoid putting in there for them to eat.

I have chives, basil, and peppermint growing on my balcony, and was wanting to know if herbs good roach food or not, especially since the roaches are eventually going into my frog.

Well I'm sure there's plenty of things you shouldn't feed them but that's a pretty vague question. I would just stick with the catfood and the occasional vegetable. I don't see any harm in the herbs you mention but I also don't see them eating the chives or basil with much enthusiasm.
