Dig'em is by far the strangest frog I have. He's a Cope's Gray Tree Frog... I got up early this morning and actually got to see him in action. He has the same routine everyday I believe. At night after the lights and TV go out, he climbs out of his hole that he burrowed under the water dish. (It's not the first hole he's dug, that's why his name is Dig'em) Then he hops and climbs around for a while looking for food. He eats, then he climbs up on the glass and sticks to it for a while. Then there is a few hours that I don't know what he does... because I'm asleep. Then when morning comes he climbs up on the branches, and sits for a while, then he climbs and swings around on them. Next, he hops in the water bowl for a soak. He sits in there for about 1 1/2 minutes, then hops out and disappears in a blink of an eye, into his hole under the water bowl. I don't think he is trying to hide, because he SINGS under there!! And I change the water daily so I am always removing the bowl and exposing him. He sits in his hole and ambushes crickets when they walk by. I swear he is a toad... or thinks he is... He prefers to dig holes instead of climbing. I know I posted this video yesterday in my other thread about my froggies names. But, I'm posting it again to show y'all one of his old holes.
