It's easy to feed them. I feed my night crawlers fruit, but they don't seem to eat much. I just stick a slice of fruit or vegetable on top of the dirt in the container with them. Just remember to change the fruit out if it begins to mold. Mold shouldn't hurt your worms, but they might eat it, and I don't think you want your frogs eating moldy worms. You don't really HAVE to feed them. They can live for a VERY long time in the fridge without food. I've had mine the the fridge for over 2 months now without much food.
If those crickets are making noise and annoying you... I'd do it! I mean they are going to get eaten anyway...![]()
