Phyllomedusa tomopterna breeding

I was intrested in breeding my P. tomopterna. How would i sex them? What size do they have to be to be breedable?

This is one for Kurt but I'll give you some quick answers. Females should be noticeably bigger than males when both are adult. When you can see that size difference, they're probably big enough to breed.

LOL, he has already asked me, this afternoon at the lecture. I didn't have an answer then, but I know someone that probably will and I am trying to get him on here.
